Anders Hanson
Anders Hansen (b. 1974) is a Swedish psychiatrist educated at the Karolinska Institute, speaker, and international bestselling author with his own TV series exploring the mysteries of the human brain. His books on brain function, exercise's impact on mood and cognition, and evolutionary roots of emotions have sold over three million copies worldwide, translated into 35 languages, and topped bestseller lists in multiple countries. He has won awards including the Book of the Year Big Health Award in 2017 and 2019, and Sweden’s Mensa Prize in 2018.[3][6][9]
