Amy Krouse Rosenthal
Amy Krouse Rosenthal (1965-2017) was an American author, filmmaker, and radio show host best known for her children's picture books and adult memoirs. A Tufts University graduate who left advertising to pursue writing, she published over 30 award-winning books and became known for her creativity, kindness, and community projects. She died from ovarian cancer at age 51, just days after publishing her viral New York Times essay 'You May Want to Marry My Husband.'
