Amber Smith

Amber Smith is a New York Times bestselling author of young adult novels including The Way I Used to Be (2016), The Last to Let Go (2018), Something Like Gravity (2019), and The Way I Am Now. Previously an art curator with a BFA in Painting and MA in Art History from the State University of New York at Buffalo, she grew up in Buffalo, New York, and now lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, with her wife and pets.
