Alyson Richman
Alyson Richman is an American novelist best known for her historical fiction novel The Lost Wife, which tells the story of a couple separated during World War II and reunited decades later.[1] She graduated from Wellesley College in 1994 with a degree in art history and Japanese studies, and her works, including The Mask Carver's Son and The Velvet Hours, have been translated into over 25 languages.[1][5] Richman lives on Long Island, New York, with her husband and two children.[1]
