Alice Garrard

Alice Gerrard is an American bluegrass and old-time music performer, writer, editor, and teacher, best known for her influential collaborations with Hazel Dickens. She has also worked as a collector, folklorist, publisher, and advocate for traditional music, including founding and editing *The Old-Time Herald*.
