Alfred P. Von Tirpitz
Alfred Peter Friedrich von Tirpitz was a German Grand Admiral and the principal architect of the Imperial German Navy, serving as State Secretary from 1897 to 1916. He is renowned for expanding Germany's naval capabilities to challenge British dominance and for advocating unrestricted submarine warfare during World War I. After retiring from the military, he entered politics and served in the Reichstag as a member of the Fatherland Party.
