Alex Reinhart

Alex Reinhart is an Associate Teaching Professor of Statistics & Data Science at Carnegie Mellon University and Assistant Director of the Ph.D. Program, where he earned his Ph.D. in statistics in 2018 after receiving a BS in physics from the University of Texas at Austin. He conducts research in statistical education and pedagogy and is the author of the popular book 'Statistics Done Wrong,' which addresses common statistical mistakes in scientific research. He also authored 'The Woefully Complete Guide,' published in 2015.
