Alessandro Maurini

Alessandro Maurini (born 1979) graduated in Political Philosophy from the University of Turin in 2005 and completed his Ph.D. in Political Studies there from 2008 to 2012. He is a researcher and contract professor in the Department of Law at the University of Turin, specializing in the history of contemporary political thought, particularly utopia and dystopia in the twentieth century, and modern political thought including human rights in the Enlightenment. He is the author of 'Aldous Huxley: The Political Thought of a Man of Letters' and other works on political philosophy.
