Alejandro Alcalá is a Spanish novelist and traveler who has worked as an actor, painter, journalist, and television presenter. He has traveled the world giving lectures and authored a dozen books inspired by his journeys across the five continents, including titles like *Mitos, cuentos y leyendas de América Latina* and *Cuentos y leyendas sobre piratas y corsarios del Caribe*.
