Alberto Manguel
Alberto Manguel (born 1948) is an Argentine-Canadian anthologist, translator, essayist, novelist, and editor, widely known for his writings on reading and books. Born in Buenos Aires, he spent part of his childhood in Israel, later lived in Canada and Europe, and served as director of the National Library of Argentina.
