Alan McClure

Alan McClure is a writer, musician, poet, songwriter, and novelist based in Galloway, south-west Scotland, where he works as a primary school teacher.[2][3] He grew up in Aberdeen, studied zoology at university, and has traveled and worked in places like Peru and Zambia before settling in Galloway.[4] His eclectic output includes poetry, novels like *Callum and the Mountain*, short stories, songs, and performances at events from the Edinburgh Fringe to the Wigtown Book Festival.[1][2][3]
