Alan Bullock

Alan Bullock was a prominent British historian best known for his groundbreaking 1952 biography 'Hitler: A Study in Tyranny,' the first comprehensive account of Adolf Hitler that influenced numerous subsequent works. Born in Trowbridge, England, he studied at Oxford University, served as an assistant to Winston Churchill, and later became a life peer as Baron Bullock. His scholarly contributions also include the monumental work 'Hitler and Stalin: Parallel Lives.'
