Ajiri Aki is an American-Nigerian author, tastemaker, and founder of the lifestyle brand Madame de la Maison, which specializes in French antiques and linens for gatherings. Born in Nigeria and raised in Austin, Texas, she is the co-author of the New York Times best-selling book 'Where's Karl?: A Fashion-Forward Parody' and the author of 'Joie: A Parisian’s Guide to Celebrating the Good Life.' She currently lives in Paris with her family, where she continues to inspire joy through her writing, design work, and curated gatherings.
