Agnes Rosenstiehl
Agnès Rosenstiehl is a French author and illustrator born on December 4, 1941, in Paris, from a family of artists. She studied music at the National Conservatory of Music and Dance in Paris, winning a top prize for harmony in 1966, before becoming a mother and starting to create children's books in 1968. She is best known for series like Mimi Cracra (Silly Lilly in English) and received the Deutscher Jugendliteraturpreis in 1986 for 'Les Adverbes'.
