Adolph Kullak

Adolph Kullak (23 February 1823 – 25 December 1862) was a German pianist, music writer, and piano teacher. He is remembered especially for his writings on music theory and the aesthetics of piano playing, including *Das Musikalisch-Schöne* and *Die Ästhetik des Klavierspiels*.
