Adolph Harnack

Adolf von Harnack was a prominent Baltic German Lutheran theologian and church historian, widely regarded as one of the most significant scholars of early Christian doctrine and dogma history. He authored over a thousand publications, including the influential three-volume 'History of Dogma,' and served as a professor at the University of Berlin and later as the first president of the Kaiser Wilhelm Society.
