Abigail B Calkin
Abigail B. Calkin, Ph.D., is a teacher, writer, poet, school psychologist, and educator specializing in behavioral science, precision teaching, and inner behavior since 1975. Born in Boston and raised in New England and New York City, she spent 20 years as a building principal before consulting with schools and living in southeast Alaska near Tongass Rainforest and Glacier Bay. Her published works include narrative nonfiction, novels, poems, articles, and books on education and behavior analysis, as well as poetry and nonfiction about glaciers, soldiers, wilderness, commercial fishing, and Coast Guard rescues.[1][2][3][4][6]
