A. Parasuraman (also known as Parsu) is an Indian-American marketing professor and author, renowned for co-developing the SERVQUAL concept in services marketing. He holds the James W. McLamore Chair in Marketing at the University of Miami and serves as Pro-Chancellor (Academics) at Vijaybhoomi University in India[1][3].
