This collection of poems is a product of introspection. There is a peculiar austerity in its playful intentions with language and emotion. It's very nature is obscure, it's space, surreal. Poets are stewards of the emotional spectrum. They share an innate proclivity for dancing in the ether. Holding Bones is to be the first of three self-published volumes of my poetry. This collection expounds my perspective of reality and experience as a human being in a third dimensional existence. It's over twenty years in the making so different versions of me are responsible for the voice and vision it was created with. The process of creating this content has been a journey through the farthest stretches of psychedelia and psychosis, and the symbiosis of them in my mind. When all three volumes are completed and published, they will serve as my celebration of the poet's tendency to romanticize everything. The verses I am sharing with you represent the ongoing ascension of my consciousness over the past twenty years of my life.
