Sacrifice (Light Novel) Vol. 1

Long ago, a very powerful and technological race known as 'Guardians', lived alongside humanity. They had the ability to wield the Elements and use a mysterious power known as 'The Void'. However, due to a horrific incident, they disappeared and were completely wiped away from existence. Five thousand years later, in the modern day, the existence of these 'Guardians' was discovered and thus, worldwide testing took place, to find out if anyone has the 'Guardian' DNA/Blood inside of them. For those people who had traces of this DNA, schools and academies were set up, to teach them how to unlock and wield their powers. However, after some time, some of those who unlocked their powers, decided to use their powers for their own selfish desires. Due to these incidents, 'The Academy' was built, this was made so students could train to be part of a 'Fireteam' and travel around the world, to stop those who are using their powers in malevolent ways. Follow the journey of six students, as they cope with their busy new life at The Academy, as they learn how to work together as a team and uncover the secrets of the Guardians.
