Lewy body dementia is a journey of unravelling the threads of time, which has left a person stuck between two worlds; their past and present. It also is a special time that can help heal the rift between the personality and the soul. The soul wants to sing, therefore the mind wants to speak, the wounded child is screaming out to be heard and healed. Watching my father go through the Lewy body dementia and seeing the state of children of the world it saddens my heart. I believe that it is time for humanity to face and change the destructive prenatal and childhood influences, that leave part of us trapped within and marks us to the end of our life's journey. The psychology within Lewy body dementia demonstrates that Lewy body dementia and there Suppressed Traumatic Subconscious memories, is a journey back to their Self. As their brain shrinks, and cells die or are unable to connect, then the memories cannot be passed along to any new cells and left hidden. That inner wisdom is trying to become whole again. That lost wounded inner child needs re-connecting. As I found with Dad, this was a time that the wounds of his inner child, that invisible part of himself that was hijacked by trauma, surfaced to be healed and released. Amazingly LBD was giving permission for those missing parts of him to be found and reconnected back to the self. This allowed them to finally be heard.Caring for someone with LBD, takes us on unfinished journeys. Reevaluating of old and new information and applying it to the understanding of the Lewy body dementia episodes, it helps us to understand the importance of psychology within LDB. Delving into how mental and emotional traumas of the past effect the pathways into and through Lewy body dementia, helps us understand this aspect of their journey. Exploring the wounds that are held beneath the surface, within the subconscious and how LDB assists with healing these hidden wounds is an essential requirement. This book explores the psychology of the person so we can understand the episodes and behaviours of the pathways of Lewy body dementia (LBD) . This book takes us beyond the common facts about Lewy body dementia. It is based on personal experience combined with education and qualifications and a passion to help others. When combining psychology which invites us to look deeper than the surface, we see past the disease and again see the person. This allows us to help them relieve some of the burdens that they have carried and bring an easing to their suffering. In Lewy body dementia, brain harmony becomes an organised chaos of communication, but there is still communication. Pathways are blocked so messengers and messages cannot get through in their usual way.
