Hello, and welcome to Innovative Healing Knee Repair. I'll start out by saying I blew both my knees out at an early age (around 30) . I tore my meniscus along with inside tendons/ligaments and have had trouble walking for some time. There were days my knees (and sometimes ankles) were so weak I couldn't walk at all, and now, I do a light jog each day without any knee braces or ankle support.
