Moments.

Moments is a journey through the mind and heart of a young woman writing her way through, and to emotional healing. This collection chronicles the vulnerabilities that inspire a search for hope and healing, while dealing with mental health. As she begins to face the choices that lead to the disrupt of her mental and emotional state, she must also face the world as it exists and continues around her. These "Moments" arrive, are captured by date and time and communicated through poetry and prose. Moments provides companionship to those struggling with mental health and is a reminder that there can be glory amidst pain.
