Let's be honest, you are setting yourself, your horse, and your partnership up for success when you commit to deeply knowing yourself. Journaling is a proven way to strengthen your self-awareness through reflection. This self-guided journal is meant to offer you an open place to put your thoughts. There are some prompts places throughout, however it is meant as a small, convenient journal that you can free-write when needed. This journal is not meant to guide you deeply into journaling, but rather offer equestrians who feel the desire to journal a space to do so.. This journal was published as a resource for my coaching clients to write their free flowing thoughts with reminders, it is not designed as a guided journal, rather was created to offer support, freedom and flexibility in their journaling.It all starts with you: your leadership, your connection, your success; your journey.
