The second anthology of my Traumas Left Behind series. In this book, I talk about the traumas I faced after a loved one has transitioned into the next part of life. I had already accepted that death is something that naturally happens. Especially after experiencing it with former pets. I had never fully accepted that a person I love would ever go through the same thing. I had figured out how to continue life without them, but I had never allowed myself to heal and move past what happened. After being able to move forward many years later, going through these old poems has made me realize how strong I truly am inside.
