Carmen Gomez-Chun

Living in an enchanted apartment building hidden in Seattle, Washington; Carmen has a lot to deal with finding a balance in both her Asian and Hispanic heritage. It's more harder that she's also half-dragon. Right before the holiday season, something has been happening to some of the children all over the city.
