PROOF OF MASS & CHARGE IN PHOTONS BY INTERFERENCE OF LIGHT: NEW QUANTUM THEORY

Modern physics or the Quantum Theory cannot explain Wave-Particle duality, Interference, Polarisation or any other quantum phenomena.
