It was a cold, wet day when I began my journey of the Great Divide at the U.S.-Canada border. I had very little off-road experience prior to the adventure and one experienced Tour Divide rider suggested I not make this attempt.. But my feeling was, "You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.". My other favorite quote went like this: "If you know the why, then you live any how.". The cause was for Mental Health America, so I was ALL IN.
