Every seven years, Fox and his friends have seen their town plagued by a week of unexplainable evil events. With the clock winding down on the third set of seven years, someone else has taken an interest in the town's folklore. Layla Darnell, the head of a NY boutique, is inexplicably drawn to Hawkins Hollow, but when someone, or something, starts threatening her life, she realizes shes somehow involved in the strange happenings. And even though Fox tries to keep a professional distance, his interest in Layla has also become personal.
