Berlin-based artist Olaf Nicolai focusses on the perfect combination of high-art, pop and visual design. The book is based on his first personal exhibition at the well known Migros Museum for contemporary Art (Zurich/Switzerland) , but this is not a classic documentational catalogue: designed by young Swiss studio Norm and accompanied by compositions of established German electronic band To Rococo Rot, this artist book represents well-rounded cohesion, perfectly exemplifying Nicolai's foremost production principle - the visual and musical reflection of quoted content.
