Can there be balance between a life of adventure and a life of comfort and stability? . A wanderer following the call of the road finds himself stranded in a sleepy town on the central coast of California. After being on the road for so long, he now grapples with the prospect of a more a stable life. He joins newfound friends and together they explore and push beyond the outskirts of their comfort zones, unearthing thirsts previously neglected. Jaunts into nature and substances are convenient distractions when struggling to balance adventure and risk with safety and comfort in each of their life paths. This story taps into the push and pull of life and perhaps our own hidden desires and inner restlessness. Is it serendipity or calculated choices?
