There is a German word for "migration restlessness." It's used to describe birds and herds of animals, like wildebeests, before the great migration. Zugunruhe is the 'stirring before moving.' I know this marrow-deep anxiousness all too well and I'm not German or a wildebeest. I was just a person looking for a house to call home.
