Champagne Books Presents Peek a Boo

Jenny Kelly McGregor, known to her fans as punk rocker Blade, works hard to keep her life private. When she begins receiving flowers and intimate notes from a mysterious stranger named 'Runner, ' it becomes apparent that someone has succeeded in penetrating her barriers and her life may never be normal again. In desperation, Jenny enlists the help of the San Diego Police Department. Detective Dan Janson reluctantly follows her on tour and together they are swept up in a dangerous game of cat and mouse that leads them from sunny San Diego to the city of Memphis, known for Elvis and the blues. There 'Runner' lures Jenny to the Peabody Hotel lobby, using her mother as bait. Hot on their trail, Dan soon learns 'Runner' is not one of the usual suspects.
