Examining 'What went wrong' 5th Ed

I had read the other two recent books by Kletz, 'Still going wrong' and 'Learning from accidents'. The style is easy to read and the stories are really fascinating if you are into safety and industrial chem. The only negative really is that the three books contain similar content to each other in that they overlap with the same stories for say 50% of the items. Regardless, this particular volume WWW 5th Ed is an extremely good reference tool for safety and process professionals. Read more
