Ruth & Songs of Songs: Real Relationship

Let's be honest: Most of us can go to church our whole lives and never hear a sermon on Song of Songs. Ruth? Tons. Song of Songs, ironically enough, gets no love. That needs to change - even for our teens.Each time I teach these books, I tell my students that if I have done my job well, they will be utterly disappointed in cheap, shallow relationships. They will long for what Solomon and his bride and Ruth & Boaz had. They will find anything less to be like eating store brand Oreos (They might look the same, but you know they are awful by comparison.) .
