A Thrilling, Fast-Paced Read
My mom is a huge Freida McFadden fan, and she recommended this book to me. It's a gripping thriller that follows a surgeon named Nora, who is also the daughter of a notorious serial killer. The story is fast-paced and kept me on the edge of my seat, especially with its surprising twist at the end. The writing is simple and easy to read, making it a quick and enjoyable book. Pros: Fast-Paced: The straightforward writing style and constant action made this a very quick read. I finished it in a single day. Surprising Twist: The ending was truly a surprise. I didn't see the big reveal coming, which is what I love in a thriller. Engaging Plot: The main story is interesting and keeps you guessing throughout the entire book. Cons: Naive Protagonist: The main character, Nora, makes some choices that seemed a little too naive for a surgeon, which I found frustrating at times. Minor Plot Holes: A few parts of the story didn't feel fully developed, which sometimes took me out of the experience.
