Coherences and Congruences

This book will try to make us understand that our actions must coincide with our thoughts. Many times we want something intensely but you boycott without wanting to do the opposite. It will require a lot of willpower but as you want to command in your life I know you can achieve it. If I want to go on a diet and live from binge eating, we are hardly emitting a signal of coherence. Live with consistency, congruence and life will be totally different for you.
