DEFEAT DEPRESSION

Are you depressed? I have come to realize that the most detrimental result of depression is the stone cold dead in your tracks syndrome that consumes your life. You come to a complete stop. No productivity - you do nothing - you produce nothing - you crate nothing. You are so consumed with doing completely nothing that you feel like the most unnecessary being on the face of the earth. I believe this to be - in my experience - far more worst than feeling like being in a black bottomless pit. Creativity is an attribute of God and that attribute was breathe into man when God gave him life. So to create nothing is the ultimate and final assault wages against you by depression.
