Doc's old toy cell phone, Louie, is having a hard time playing games like "Hide and Seek" and "Telephone"his volume control is stuck in the "loud" position. Even after Doc fixes the problem, Louie can't get used to lowering his voice. Kids will learn about "indoor" and "outdoor" voices as Doc and the other toys find a way to cure Louie's Superlouditis.
