worth the price and more

I am not a practitioner but a patient. This book has helped me to understand my depression and anxiety on a level that makes me feel like I'm just as put together as everyone else. We all have our own challenges to overcome and this book guides you step by step through taking control of your symptoms. Though written for clinicians it is not technical to the point of not being understandable.
