32-Bit Windows is an important product for a number of reasons. It's designed to be "portable", i.e. to run on many different microprocessors with minimal code changes. Also it can multi-process indefinitely. It has no inherent memory or processor restrictions. Volume 1 contains overview information and the alphabetical API reference from A-0. Volume 2 completes the alphabetical API reference (P-Z) and includes information on system messages, resources and tools.
