Surviving a Muteenager: It's More of Them Than Us (Us and Them)

Have you ever looked at your children and wondered if they were yours? To be fair, some of our children feel the same way about us. There is, however, a newly created being who is threatening to take over the world. These beings are known as "Muteenagers"--a group of teens who have undergone mutation and are nothing like their parents. The reason that you are looking at your teenagers this way is because they have changed. Here me out. The ones who you coddled and cooed have vanished and you are going to have to fight to get them back. The Us and Them project is a series of short pieces that show an exchange between adults and their Muteens. Surviving a Muteenager: It's More of Them Than Us is the first of the series that introduces the concept of these Mutant Teenagers and offer suggestions of how to survive while raising them. It uses real life humorous stories to narrate the difference between our world and the world of the Muteen.
