Part Three is a discussion of SCRIPTURE and/or TRADITION. One of the cries of the Reformers was "Scripture Only." The Roman Church and the Eastern Orthodox Church regard their oral traditions as of equal or greater value than the writing of the Apostles. If their traditions contradict Scripture, tradition usually wins. He concludes with the words of the hymn: HOLY BIBLE, BOOK DIVINE.
