Today I am going to go over some of the juicing benefits. Juicing is the process of pureeing fresh vegetables and fruits in a juicer to make smoothies or juices. More and more people are taking their health and nutrition seriously. Juice is a fantastic way to do so. It dramatically reduces your chances of diseases & boosts your energy levels. Juicing Benefits: There are many pros to juicing fruits & vegetables over eating the whole food. By making juices out of fruits and vegetables your body is able to quickly assimilate and absorb all the minerals, vitamins and nutritional value that the foods hold. As it bypasses the digestion process that whole foods need. The nourishing nutrients are effortlessly carried across the intestinal walls and into the blood so your body can use them straight away. One top of that most people cook their vegetables before eating them, when actually vegetables and fruits are healthier eaten raw. Enzymes that are really key to your metabolism are found in raw foods. They convert all the food you eat into energy and body tissue, therefore increasing your metabolisms rate. This helps your burn calories faster which actually leads to weight loss. Prolong your youthfulness becomes easy once you start juicing, as it gives you antioxidants, essential amino acids & fatty acids and enzymes that's found in raw fruits and vegetables. Most of the nutrients from these foods are stripped by preserving and cooking. Even more importantly the antioxidants contained in fruits and vegetables neutralizes any free radicals in your body. Free radicals can cause diseases such as cataracts or even cancer. Another major juicing benefit is it can help fight diabetes. Type 2 diabetes is when your body has resistance to insulin produced by your pancreas. Research in recent month is showing raw fruits and vegetables are best for diabetes. Cooked fruits & vegs isn't effective in stabilizing your blood sugar levels, on the other hand raw produce is. Digestive health is a priority for someone who has diabetes as diabetes is regulated by food intake and is a result of an inability to process sugars. More importantly vitamin B7 - which is found in peaches & mangoes - actually sends signals certain enzymes in your body to get to work, which greatly improves your digestive health. For directly reducing overall insulin resistance, manganese (not to be confused with magnesium) is perfect. Manganese is found in celery, carrots, garlic, parsley, spinach and any vegetable found in the cruciferous vegetable family. One of my favorite things about juicing is that it can be tailor made. You can create recipes that are particular to your taste & needs. Just by learning which nutrients are beneficial or even treat and cure your specific disease, condition or disorder, you can make up your own recipes around those vitamins, minerals and nutrients that you need. In my article about creating your own recipes, I take you step by step on how to tailor make your personal recipes. Pick up my book for more insights.
