Great book, in and out!

This book is amazing. Our family recently went Vegan and I needed something that was going to help us put more use to our slow cooker. I originally chose this particular book because out of all the vegan slow cooking recipe books, this one has the most recipes. It's organized very well (soups, beverages, appetizers, etc.) and so far every recipe we've tried (about 10 so far) has been delicious! The Everything series has never let me down. This is the 6th book I've read by them and they give the Idiot's Guides and For Dummies series a run for their money. I would highly recommend this book for anyone wanting to try vegan slow cooking. I actually made my own vegetable soup from pulling together a few different recipes and it turned out amazing, so you can also edit a lot of them to your own liking. It's a fantastic book, and one that will stick around in our house for quite some time! Read more
