Its fall in GOTHAM CITY. The air is getting colder, the leaves are changing color, and the people are . . . turning into monsters! These evil creatures are taking over the city, and the problem appears to be spreading. Luckily, BATMAN and his teenage crime-fighting partner, ROBIN, are investigating. Soon, they trace this monster mess back to the GOTHAM CITY CLINIC. Apparently, the evil HUGO STRANGE has been posing as a physician and turning his patients into troublesome terrors.
