If we want to change, we need to start thinking creatively. Our thoughts need to become confident to achieve this result. We do need to believe in our ability to reinvent ourselves. Our desire to change requires an ongoing strength for us to habituate this new self. You wonder where the necessity for this new you. Genetics, learning, culture and parenting determine who you are. You recognise that this is who you, both the good and the bad. Accepting who you are is part of life. Trying to the best you are without changing your core. Or is it? Is there one human nature or many? Does everyone in the world represent different individuals or do our experiences separate us? As humanity exists today, most people don't consider change as a serious possibility. I do, but I recognise that It's not easy until you know how. We are motivated to re-tune our thoughts by our daily practice. These sessions created the calmness and space with which you can think creatively. Creative ideas are naturally reinforcing. They are fun thoughts that fill us with excitement and energy. In turn, this creates fun and motivation to fulfil these activities. Without the opener of meditating through the action of no-mind, there seem few occasions to do that today.
