A Walk With My God

A new look at an old book. When I decided to read the Bible for myself, I thought I knew what to expect. I was wrong. Reading the Bible turned out to be one of the best things that has ever happened to me and my relationship with God. Actually, I should say that our relationship, my walk with God, got closer in spite of the Bible. I gained more understanding of God through the process of reading the Bible, not because it told me who God was, but because it showed me how misunderstood God has been throughout history. This book is a record of my journey through the confusion and elation of finding God. The God of my childhood, but better.
