Excellent book to help you understand and deal with family and friends that struggle with alcohol

This book helped me understand family and friends that have trouble with alcohol. I wish I would've known about it years ago. I am not someone who enjoys reading but this book was a godsend and is easy to understand and has real life examples and stories.
