"skyscraper streetwanderer" is a book of photographs of the Empire State Building as seen from the streets of Manhattan. The photographer writes, "The Empire State Building is instantly recognizable. Monolithic, regal, serene, dependable - a landmark. At 350 Fifth Avenue - the lone skyscraper for many blocks. At 1,453' 8 9/16" - visible from many parts of New York City. I use it to get my bearings while wandering the labyrinth below. This funky book contains eighty of the hundreds of photographs I took with my little Sony Cyber-shot during working visits to New York City in summer 2005 and winter 2006."
